limited facilities

the st regis is absolutely great but lacks basic needs, like a store for snacks, which is shocking for such a so-called luxury place. plus, room service was basically non-existent, which totally ruined my experience. i expected some kind of upgrade or complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but that just didn't happen. such a letdown.

The room was super comfy with a nice balcony that had a partial ocean view. Loved the morning coffee service and the spa facilities were amazing! Breakfast was a treat with freshly baked croissants and organic juices. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool felt great too.

Couple's Retreat, not luxurious enough

Had an amazing time at the bars with staff who genuinely cared , especially a guy named Shan , very personal and attentive. The stay was highlighted by a breathtaking oceanfront view from my room, I mean, the view was just killer, felt like I was in paradise.

I really enjoyed the beautiful sunrise views from my oceanfront balcony and the delicious breakfast spread that kept me energized. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying a soothing massage really made my stay special. Although the buffet was a bit pricey, it was worth every bite, so I’d recommend splurging on one meal!

Overall food was very good. The property felt beautiful and private. Snorkeling onsite and nearby was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Infinity pools were wonderful.
